FEM Project in Päijät-Häme

 Strategy


The strategy in the region of Päijät-Häme is to create a co-operation network between parties promoting female entrepreneurship, so that already existing training and counselling elements can be utilised to the full, and there will be close co-operation among the authorities and the actors. The Female entrepreneurship is promoted by increasing quality and effectiveness of the counselling, and by making access for entrepreneurs to expert services easier.

The both work packages will be carried through by the network.

5.      Increasing competences of advisers

  • Modelling the councelling for micro entrepreneurs run into dept, 2007
  • Further training of advisers, arranged by YritysHäme project, 2007

6.      Rotation programme NASEVA
As a result of project planning in the network it is carried out training and  consulting programme for female entrepreneurs in commerce and services

 7.      Promoting internationalisation

  • In the network 18 members are helping companies in internalisation in their business
  • Participating in transnational meetings and seminars of the FEM project
  • Entrepreneurs´ excursions and visits to partner countries, contacts building
  • Translating information about the entrepreneurs to the web sites and to leaflets
  • Business expertise and globalisation training for female entrepreneurs, LIITO
